PROBLEM 1

The Internet Explorer Information Bar (the light yellow message bar near the top of your screen) says that the Appleby web page has been restricted from running the sound player

(see Figure 1 below)

SOLUTION

Click on the Information Bar. Select the option "Allow Blocked Content". You will not be prompted again in future sessions.

PROBLEM 2

You get the message "This sound player requires Quicktime or Windows Media Player".

SOLUTION

The sound player uses components of Windows Media Player or Apple Quicktime. If you get the above message, you will need to install one or the other of these programs by clicking on the underlined text. If you are using Microsoft Windows, download Windows Media Player. If you are using an Apple Mac download Apple Quicktime. Note that either download will work on a PC.
